I’m always
attracted to the random combination of colours in things and places I see in
the street or in Nature which is so
strikingly beautiful that an artist
would envy it.
Colours can transform
the trivial and everyday to a piece of art .
Look at the photos of my visit to a seaside town some days ago . A tourist’s attraction during summer months it is still beautiful, maybe more , when tourists go away and the beach is deserted.
The warm sunny colours of the sunbeds, closed umbrellas, beach cabins and directors chairs against the pale blue of the sea made me pause and smile .
Winter weather has transformed the place into a tranquil paradise where sea birds and some brave swimmers have taken the place of the noisy summer crowds.
Taverns and beach bars are closed and empty.
An amazing wooden sailing boat made me dream of romantic sea voyages, in turquoise waters.
Red ribbons hanging from the naked branches of the trees celebrate Christmas in style.
A beautiful natural scenery where water and land embrace under the grey winter sky, just before the rain starts.
Back at home, Christmas colours are everywhere .
My wreaths and favourite winter creatures and toys are accompanying us for yet another year.
I wish you all a very merry and bright Christmas full of beautiful colours and happy faces around you!!!!.
My love to all of you,
Tina x
